Open Positions
There’s a Place for Your Gifts
Mission Meadows offers a variety of summer roles to fit different skills, callings, and availability. Each position includes housing, meals, and a weekly paycheck, with opportunities for fundraising support and college scholarships.
Available Summer Staff Roles:

Cabin Counselor – Guide and mentor a cabin of campers through daily life, activities, and faith.

Lifeguard – Keep campers safe and energized at the waterfront.

Kitchen Team – Fuel the camp experience behind the scenes with meal prep and service.

Activities/Rec Staff – Lead games, sports, and nature activities that create unforgettable memories.

Worship/Media – Support chapels and events with music, sound, and storytelling.

Nurse/Healthcare – Ensure the wellbeing of campers through first aid and daily care.

Maintenance – Care for the campus and keep everything running smoothly.

Special Focus: S.A.L.T. Program (Ages 16+)
The Service and Leadership Training (S.A.L.T.) Program runs July 19–26. This unique week equips high school students to serve, lead, and disciple alongside our staff. With limited spots available, this is a powerful next step after Senior High Camp. To register, first sign up for senior high camp on our registration website. During your senior high camp registration, you will see the S.A.L.T. Program listed as an optional add on. After we receive your registration, we will contact you with further details regarding the program.
Internships & Year-Round Roles:
Join our year-long internship program starting each September. Interns live on site and gain broad ministry experience across different departments including marketing, office work, maintenance, programming, hosting, and housekeeping.
