Camp Director:

Jackie Haines

Jackie began working at Mission Meadows in 2018 and has been appointed Director 2021. Jackie has a Master’s degree in counseling and has numerous years of experience working with children and families. Jackie enjoys camping, traveling, biblical studies, and spending time with family. As husband and wife, Steve and Jackie, feel that God has called them into a life of Christian camping ministry.

Facilities Director:
Steve Haines

Steve has been with us since joining the team back in 2017 and brought with him experience from two other Christian camps and years of working doing construction and maintenance. One of Steve’s favorite parts of camp life are his other duties which allow more interaction with campers and guests which include hosting, working with our volunteers, belaying on the rock wall and teaching archery.

 

Assistant Camp Director:
Michaela Gaylord

Michaela has been working in camping ministry since 2015 when she served her first summer as a counselor here at Mission Meadows! She has a bachelor’s degree in business from Penn State University with focuses in management, marketing, human resources, and entrepreneurship. She met her husband, Joe, in 2016 while doing a ministry internship at Pilgrim Pines camp in New Hampshire. Michaela is an extrovert, but thrives on quality time with close friends and family. She does not drink coffee, but would love to sit down and chat with you anytime over a hot chai tea latte! Michaela enjoys any and all creative hobbies including writing and pottery. She has a love for camp and serving our guests year round, so if you see Michaela on the grounds – make sure you stop and say hello! 

 

Maintenance Assistance:
Dan Wysocki

Dan is a life long Chautauqua County resident and an avid outdoorsman. He currently live in Chautauqua, with his nephew Bodhi, 14. He feels blessed to have a job where my work makes a difference in people’s lives. He love being able to serve God and spread his message to our guests and campers through our programs and activities.

 

Food Service Director:
Ann Sweeney

Ann have been the Food Service Director/ Cook since April of 2019. She is a 1993 graduate of Alfred State College Culinary Program. Her passions include Animals, cooking, baking, and hunting. Her goal at Mission Meadows is for you to see the Love of Christ through her and to serve the Lord and others well.
