Mission Meadows seeks to hire individuals who sincerely follow Christ and desire to share their God encounters with campers. We look for individuals that will work hard and contribute positively to camp’s Christian community. Working for a summer will not be easy, but spending a summer at camp and allowing God to use you can be an amazing time of spiritual growth and personal development. Many former staff have created their best life-long memories and friendships here at camp! 

Some benefits of working on summer staff include: 

• Community: Summer camp is known for being one of the best places to create life-long, meaningful friendships! At camp you will be surrounded by approximately 30 other staff members your age who have similar beliefs and interests as you take on new experiences and grow together! 
• Skill Development: As part of our team, you will build strong leadership skills that will help you not only in your personal life, but also your professional career. Some of these skills include communication skills, flexibility, improvisation, conflict management, social skills, and so much more! 
• Spiritual Growth: Looking for ways to grow in your faith? On summer staff, you will have opportunities to grow in your individual faith as you walk alongside your fellow staff members and our spiritual director through worship and discipleship! 
• New Experiences: During the summer, you will have many opportunities to try new things you have never done before! We offer many different activities each week in athletics, arts, nature, boating, waterfront, and more! 
• Compensation: As part of our summer staff, you will have free housing and meals throughout the summer, as well as a weekly paycheck!
