Junior High Retreat – November 10-12, 2017
Come for a weekend of fun and adventure with your youth group, complete with worship, group activities, big games, and great messages. Registration begins at 7:00PM Friday, with our first meal at 8:00AM Saturday morning.
* Mission Meadows requires that each group bring a minimum of one adult male leader per 8 male students and at least one adult female leader per 8 female students. One adult leader of each gender is the minimum requirement for groups smaller than 8 of each gender.
Retreat Pricing: $120 Camper / $60 Youth Leader
- Students: Please see your youth leader to register for this retreat. You can download/print the registration form and the retreat participation form submit it to your youth leader. If you are not connected with a youth group that will be attending the retreat, you may register individually by submitting the same registration form directly to Mission Meadows. We will then pair you up with a group for the weekend.
- Youth Leaders: If you plan to bring your youth group, please email RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org with rough estimate of how many students and leaders you will bring (with the breakdown between girls and guys included), at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the retreat weekend. Then complete the following:
- Submit full payment and all registration forms from your students upon arrival.
- Sleeping bag & pillow
- Towel & toiletries
- Bible & notebook
- Warm outside clothing
- Gym shoes
*Please leave all cell phones & electronics at home
Notes for Parents
Campers will be staying by gender in the dorm or cabins, and kids from the same church will be housed together. There will be at least one counselor for every 8 kids.
